World of Fitness offers several Personal Training Services to meet your individual needs. Our Professional Personal Training program involves regular one-on-one training designed to help you reach your fitness goals safely, with faster results.  Our trainers can help you decrease body fat, increase energy, improve eating habits, build muscle strength, manage injury and help you create a professional personalized fitness package.  There are 5 components to create a cutting-edge program to get the results you want.

The 5 Components:

FOOD INTAKE
Did you know that improper nutrition is one of the greatest obstacles to achieving your ideal body?  If you r goal is to improve your appearance, exercise alone won't do it.  Do you know how many calories and what percentage of carbohydrates, proteins and fats you need to reach your fitness goals?  Your Professional Trainer recommends, monitors, and modifies your food intake to help you reach your goals and keep you felling satisfied and energetic.

AEROBIC & CARDIOVASCULAR EXERCISE
Is your time valuable? Make every minute in the gym count with with the correct cardio-respiratory routine.

Your Personal Trainer will determine the proper frequency, intensity, time and type of cardio-respiratory routine is monitored and changed periodically to keep you  body stimulated and moving towards your goals.

SUPPLEMENTS
Did you know that complementing your food intake with proper dietary supplementation would allow you to get more out of your workout program?

Provide your body with the nutrients needed to reach your goals without adding calories.  Not all supplements are created equally.  Our Complete Personal Training program uses different lines of dietary supplements to achieve your goals.  Your dietary supplement recommendations are determined with your individual goals in mind.

RESISTANCE TRAINING
In addition to increasing your metabolism by adding calorie-burning muscle, resistance training also provides increased strength, balance, coordination and power.

As part of the Complete Personal Training Program, an individual resistance training program will be developed to help you  burn calories, build muscle, increase strength.... whatever your individual goals maybe.  Hands-on training sessions with your Personal Trainer will teach you how to perform the exercises properly to avoid injury and have productive and efficient workouts.

PROFESSIONAL ASSISTANCE
The 5th component of our Complete Personal Training is Professional Assistance.  Your Certified Personal Trainer will assess your current fitness level and individualize every aspect of your program to help you reach your goals.

Your food intake, cardio exercise, resistance and supplement recommendations are monitored and modified to reach your individual goals.  You'll also learn what you need to maintain your goals and long-term success.
