Group Exercise Classes Description
 


CARDIO
 

 Zumba A 45 minute cardio class with Latin flair.  Have fun burning
calories while learning some new dance steps salsa style!

Step
A 30 minute cardio class using the step board designed to give
your body a lift.

Cycle – A 60 minute cardio conditioning class great for all Fitness
Levels with extra emphasis on the lower body using the bikes resistance.

 

STRENGTH TRAINING

 

Body Sculpt Transform your body with resistance while increasing

metabolism in this total body workout using weights, bands and balls.

Ab Blast A 30 minute class focused on the abdominal muscles and
lower back using the stability ball and weights to sculpt your six-pack! 

Butts and Guts- A 30 minute class focused on firming glutes and abs

using resistance bands, resistance balls and weights.

FLEXIBILITY

Yoga Improve balance, flexibility and strength through yoga poses
while relieving stress connecting mind to body. 

COMBINATION CLASSES

Flex & Stretch Combines 1/2 hour of weight training engaging all the muscle

groups for a strong firm body followed by 1/2 hour of stretching to increase range

of motion for more effective workouts.  Do both halves or pick the half you can fit

into your day!

Cardio Sculpt Burn calories while building muscle with intervals of
weight training and cardio combos.

 Feel free to come to any portion of a class and modify as needed.
