A 45 minute cardio class with Latin flair. Have fun burning
Cycle
– A 60 minute cardio conditioning class great for all Fitness
STRENGTH TRAINING
Body Sculpt – Transform your body with resistance while increasing metabolism in this total body workout using weights, bands and balls.
Ab Blast –
A 30 minute class focused on the abdominal muscles and Butts and Guts- A 30 minute class focused on firming glutes and abs using resistance bands, resistance balls and weights. FLEXIBILITY –
Yoga –
Improve balance, flexibility and strength through yoga poses
COMBINATION CLASSES Flex & Stretch – Combines 1/2 hour of weight training engaging all the muscle groups for a strong firm body followed by 1/2 hour of stretching to increase range of motion for more effective workouts. Do both halves or pick the half you can fit into your day!
Cardio Sculpt –
Burn calories while building muscle with intervals of Feel free to come to any portion of a class and modify as needed.
