Group Exercise Classes Description
 

 

CARDIO 

Cycle
– A  cardio conditioning class great for all fitness levels
with extra emphasis on the lower body using the bikes resistance.
You choose the resistance that’s right for you!

 STRENGTH TRAINING
 
 

Body Sculpt – Transform your body with resistance while increasing

metabolism in this total body workout using weights, bands and balls.

 

AbBlast – This class focuses on the abdominal muscles and

obliques using the stability ball and weights to sculpt your six-pack!

 

FLEXIBILITY  
 

Core Pilates – This class emphasizes the abdominals while increasing

flexibility and improving posture.  The pilates ball will be added for better

balance and core strength.

 

 

COMBINATION CLASSES  

Cardio/Sculpt Circuit Training – Circuits of cardio and strength with
individual attention to correct form for best fitness results.

 

50/50  – 30 min.of cardio consists of Step, Kickbox or dance aerobics

followed by 30min of strength training.  Do the whole hour or pick the

30 minutes you prefer.

 

20/20/20 – 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength followed by 20
minutes of abdominal toning for a fast full body workout.

 

Pilates Yoga Mix – Get the best of both worlds with this great combination

emphasizing flexibility while improving balance and strength in a relaxing format.
