FLEXIBILITY
Core Pilates This class emphasizes the abdominals while increasing flexibility and improving posture. The pilates ball will be added for better balance and core strength.

Circuits of cardio and strength with
50/50 30 min.of cardio consists of Step, Kickbox or dance aerobics followed by 30min of strength training. Do the whole hour or pick the 30 minutes you prefer.
